Here is a vintage (34 year old) Squier 60s RI Stratocaster that was released as a limited run for the Blockbuster Movie 'Waynes World' in 1992. It was made in Japan at the FujiGen factory in 1992.
This is supposed to be the 'Excalibur' Strat, that Tia Carrere was willing to file the nut down before even playing it (I know she's cute Wayne, but stay away from women who don't know how to care for classic guitars!)
This one is in very good condition, showing some dings along the edge, but is in otherwise really clean shape.
When the guitar came into us, we made some necessary upgrades by adding a fresh USA Made CRL 5 way switch, a USA made Switchcraft output jack, and did a restring and setup.
The pickups inside this look exactly like the tex-mex set from the era. They sound good.
This is a great looking and playing strat that weighs a light and lively 7.5 pounds
we are including a deluxe gigbag as a bonus item.
Hope you add this one to your collection!
Party on Wayne, and party on Garth!
